Hacked

Oh the wonders of Technology and the enormous waste of time it causes. About a week and a half ago my email was hacked and a message was sent out to my entire address book of over 300 people! Luckly many of the email's were no longer active, but unfortunately many were. The email that was sent out has no subject line and only a link to a web site in the message box. I attempted to email my contacts of the unfortunate email, while praying that it wasnt spreading virusus to peoples inboxes at that moment. Well I couldnt get an email to every one so I posted on my facebook wall about the situation, while may were emailing me about the email they recieved from me. It was good to catch up with people that I hadnt spoken to in a while. Unfortunately, again today I woke up to find that yet another email was sent out just like the first! I am so sorry to every one who is getting these! I have yet to find the source. My computer is updated on all of its virus protections, ect. So I decided that there has got to be something wrong with my YAHOO account. I got that account in 2002 so I decided that it is probably time to change my email anyways. Yet what a process it will be to go through and make sure I have changed my email with every one! Friends /Family, I Phone, Facebook, Blogger, Ebay, banks, colleges, favorite stores, and the list goes on and on! I guess this will be my late night, after the kids go to bed project for the next couple of nights. Oh being "connected" is more trouble than it seems to be worth some times. It seems to be costing me, rather than saving me more time these days.
